We use this to see which excursions people are looking for and where the site is confusing.

Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Sharing Your Information
We may share necessary booking information with licensed local tour operators so that your excursion can be fulfilled. We do not sell your personal information.
We also communicate with customers through WhatsApp Business, which is operated by a third party. If you message us on WhatsApp, or give us a phone number for us to reach you there, your number and the content of those messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms as well as ours.
Reviews
After your trip we may email you an invitation to leave a review. Leaving one is optional.
If you do leave a review, your first name and the text of your review are published publicly on that excursion’s page. Your surname, email address, phone number and booking details are not published. If you would like your review taken down, contact us and we will remove it.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to fulfil your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only for as long as they are useful in answering you.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to keep it. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.

Data Security
Your connection to this website is encrypted, so information you send us is protected in transit.
Card details are entered directly into payment fields hosted by Stripe. They are sent to Stripe and never reach our servers, so we could not store or see your full card number even if we wanted to.
Access to booking information is limited to the people who need it to arrange and deliver your excursion.
