Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Punta Cana Select bookings, including the 24-hour window, weather cancellations and operator-cancelled excursions.

Refunds are processed by Punta Cana Select to your original payment method.

All excursions are subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise stated. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

  • 24 hours or more before departure – full refund
  • Inside 24 hours – non-refundable, except where a medical certificate confirms illness, in which case a full refund applies
  • Weather – if conditions prevent the tour running, reschedule or full refund
  • Cancelled by the operator – full refund
