Common questions about Punta Cana excursions

How far in advance should I book?

Book as soon as your dates are firm. Saona Island and the catamaran trips fill first in high season. Tours marked “Instant confirmation” can usually be booked close to your date; for the rest, we confirm by WhatsApp or email once we have your booking.

Do you pick up from my hotel?

Hotel pickup from the Bavaro and Punta Cana areas is included on our island and beach day trips. Pickup arrangements for every other excursion are listed on that tour's own page, so check there before you book.

Why book here instead of at my resort's tour desk?

Can you arrange a private tour or handle a large group?

What should I bring?

Each excursion page lists what is included and what to bring. As a general rule: reef-safe sunscreen, a towel, cash for tips and extras, and closed shoes for anything off-road.
