Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, booking details, and transaction information when you make a booking or contact us. Complete card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by Punta Cana Select.

Cookies and Analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. They include the following categories.
Essential cookies. These keep the site working and are always on: they remember what is in your cart, keep your booking session together while you check out, and let Stripe, our payment provider, process your card securely and protect against fraud. The site cannot take bookings without them, so they do not require your consent.
Your cookie choice. If we ask for your consent, we remember your answer in a cookie called pcs_consent for 180 days, so we do not ask again on every page. To decide whether to ask, we store whether you are browsing from a region where we ask for consent in a cookie called pcs_region for 24 hours.
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which can last up to two years) and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and the type of device and browser you are using. We use this to see which excursions people are looking for and where the site is confusing.
Live chat cookies and storage. If you choose to use Live Chat, tawk.to may set cookies and use local or session storage needed to provide the chat service, keep the chat connected as you move between pages, and remember certain widget or session information.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics does not run until you agree. When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Reject analytics cookies. If you reject them, Google Analytics is never loaded. We pass your choice to Google using Google Consent Mode.
If you are anywhere else, Google Analytics runs by default. You can still turn it off.
Changing your mind. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop you from browsing the site or making a booking.
How we tell where you are browsing from. To decide whether to show the cookie banner, our server looks up the country your IP address belongs to, using a geolocation database stored on our own server. Your IP address is not sent to anyone else for this, and we keep only the result, not the address. This product includes GeoLite Data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.
Payment Processing
All card payments are securely processed through Stripe. Card details are entered directly into payment fields provided by Stripe. Punta Cana Select does not receive or store your complete card number.
Sharing Your Information
We may share necessary booking information with licensed local tour operators so that your excursion can be fulfilled. We do not sell your personal information.
We also communicate with customers through WhatsApp Business, which is operated by a third party. If you message us on WhatsApp, or give us a phone number for us to reach you there, your number and the content of those messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms as well as ours.
We also offer live chat on this website through tawk.to, which is operated by a third party. tawk.to is loaded only if you choose Live Chat. When you do, tawk.to may process the information needed to provide the chat, such as the messages you send, any contact details you choose to give, and technical information associated with your session. tawk.to may use cookies or similar technologies as part of providing the service.
Reviews
After your trip we may email you an invitation to leave a review. Leaving one is optional.
If you do leave a review, your first name and the text of your review are published publicly on that excursion’s page. Your surname, email address, phone number and booking details are not published. If you would like your review taken down, contact us and we will remove it.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to fulfil your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only for as long as they are useful in answering you.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to keep it. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
If you are visiting from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under the data protection laws that apply to you.
Data Security
Your connection to this website is encrypted, so information you send us is protected in transit.
Card details are entered directly into payment fields hosted by Stripe. They are sent to Stripe and never reach our servers, so we do not see or store your full card number.
Access to booking information is limited to the people who need it to arrange and deliver your excursion.
